Account Deletion & Data Removal

How to Request & Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data using one of the following methods:

  • Option 1: From within the App
  • 1. Go to Profile
  • 2. Tap on “Delete Account”
  • 3. Confirm your request
  • Option 2: Email Request
  • 1. Send an email to: support@datelikeabrand.com
  • 2. Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • 3. Include your registered phone number or email
  • What Data Will Be Deleted
  • Once your request is processed, we will delete:
  • Your account profile
  • Name, phone number, and email
  • Preferences and saved data
  • Data Retention (If Applicable)
  • We may retain certain data for:
  • Legal obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Financial record keeping
  • Retention period: Up to 30 days after deletion request.
  • Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
